Unique building system for thermal efficiency

The company’s unique offering is focused on the Logix Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) Building System, a robust sustainable solution to improving thermal efficiencies in the construction industry.

The system was invented in Germany, and developed in North America over the last 30 years, where it has proved to be the ideal method for building low carbon residential and commercial schemes. It is designed to exceed the thermal requirements of Part L of building regulations by at least 35%, thereby delivering enhanced thermal performance, providing energy efficiency for home-owners and occupiers.

Logix Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs)

Logix Insulated Concrete Forms are high strength lightweight polystyrene moulded blocks. The blocks are assembled to create the shape of a building, including window and door openings. The core is then filled with concrete and the forms remain in place permanently.

The forms create a complete insulated blanket, wrapped around the building, without any thermal breaks. The concrete core gives enhanced fire and noise performance, while ensuring a durable, air-tight structure.
